At the bottom we will finds the Pick Eth Dossau of 2205m, already in french territory.
The sanctuary is very well conserved, its plant is square, and emphasizes its high octogonal bell tower, with its windows in the superior part. The tile roof, very comon in this zone, is inclined and it is made of slate to resist the adverse climatic conditions. This construction of the Renaissance era had the use of
|
church, rectoría, administration, corral and inn.
Next to the sanctuary we sill find two refuges where we can have dinner and if we want, we could spend the night.
In order to continue our way, we will cross the river and pass between the last collapsed houses of Montgarri until we find the returning track again. The way lowers up
smoothly by the shady band of the way,
|
and it is in better state than the way that we have followed to go to the sanctuary, although we will find much more travellers.
We will cross forests of Mor and Dossau winning altitude until we reach in the distance the Pla of Beret again, our final point of our route.
